Store your pork in the refrigeration for up to three days. In the freezer store pork in freezer wrap and securely. for up to four months.

Inspired by freshly bake apple pie this Apple stuffed pork loin recipe is a crowd pleaser for a family dinner or a small gathering at home. Cooking at home moved to a new level with this slow cooker pork tenderloin with apples and onions!
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 2 -3 pound pork loin
- ·1-2 apple; sliced
- ·3 table spoons of raw honey
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- ·1 yellow onion; sliced
- ·1 clove of garlic; diced
- ·Cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Half teaspoon garlic powder
First, in a warm cast iron skillet that has been pre heated, heat coconut oil and seasoned your pork tenderloin with cinnamon, onion powder , garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Next, cut slits in pork loin horizontally and sear the loin for one to two minutes on each side of the pork tenderloin in cast iron skillet over medium heat. Spray cooking spray inside of slow cooker to prevent sticking and easy clean up in the kitchen.
Remove the pork loin and juices from the skillet and place inside your slow cooker. Inside the slits of the pork loin stuff with apple slices.
