I have many requests for these rolls from family to neighbors because they are fluffy, sweet, delicious and ridiculously easy! Yes, I am telling you anyone can make homemade from scratch, such as breads, rolls and muffins. I never thought I could make anything such as these bread machine sweet dinner rolls but, my bread machine is a “Game Changer”. A simple bread machine can make your life easy but, without the stress. These easy bread machine sweet dinner rolls are very easy and make a great addition to any meal; did I mention everyone LOVES THESE ROLLS.
Ingredients·
- 1 cup of room temperature organic whole milk·
- 1/2 cup soft grass-fed butter·
- 1/4 cup of raw honey
- 2 room temperature pasture raised eggs·
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 cups of shifted all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast·
Glaze for After Baking
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey·
- 1/4 cup of melted grass-fed butter
First in your bread machine place milk, butter, honey, and eggs but, remember to not mix the liquid with the yeast. Next, add your sea salt, and yeast. Measure out all your dry ingredients first and then wet. Honey should be measured after you measure your fat (butter).
Now make a small shallow hole and add your yeast into it.
Run your bread machine on dough cycle, this will take one hour and thirty minutes roughly (every machine is different). Your rolls should double in size before moving to the next step.
Once dough is made shape into fifteen to twenty rolls/balls and place in a greased pan. Cover your pan with a clean dish cloth and let rise for one hour; longer if your home is cooler.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minted at 375 degrees, until golden brown. Now in a bowl mix the tablespoon of honey and fourth cup of grass-fed butter.
Remove from oven and with a basting brush, brush the rolls with the honey butter mixture.
