How to Make this Easy Creamy Herb Shrimp Pasta Recipe

I love this delicious, whole and healthy dinner recipe and super simple to make.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces of Linguine Pasta (note, I am using a brown rice linguine but, you can choose what you like)
- 1 cup of grass-fed butter
- 1 1/2 pounds of peeled, medium size fresh wild caught shrimp
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups of half and half
- 1/2 cup of fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms; sliced
- Half Cup of artichokes; sliced
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes; sliced
- Olive Oil
- Cook linguine pasta according to directions on the package with a pinch of salt. Drain, drizzle with a big of olive oil, keep warm and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add wild caught shrimp and garlic. Cook shrimp until pink and remove the shrimp from skillet when done.
- Next, add your sliced mushrooms, artichoke hearts and cook until slightly softened. Remove both the mushrooms and artichokes for skillet.
- In butter/garlic mixture add half and half, stir gently and bring to a boil about fifteen minutes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add shrimp, mushrooms, artichokes and cherry tomatoes to half and half, butter mixture. Cook for five minutes.
- Finally top with fresh dill and parsley until well blend! Serve a large spoonful of a bowl of linguine noodles with a good salad and glass of wine.
