Next, I am using Eucalyptus and Peppermint Essential Oil because it smells like Christmas, great for lifting your mood and excellent for maintaining your upper respiratory area.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 – 1 cup of Epsom salt
- 2 tablespoons of baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of sea salt
- 20 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 15 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
- 1 container to house your bath soak
- Twine for embellishing

- A Container to store Bath Soak
- ½ -1 Cup Epsom salt
- 2 tablespoons of sea salt
- 10-12 drops of lavender essential oil
- 1-2 tablespoon of coconut oil
Instructions:
1. First, add Epsom salt, sea salt, lavender essential oil and coconut oil into a bowl and give it a good mix.
2. Next, place in a container of choose I am using a small mason jar.
3. Fill a bath tub with warm water. Next, add the Epsom Salt Bath Soak to bath tub.
