Step by Step using Essential Oils for Cleaning the Laundry Room

Cleaning the Dog Area in the Laundry Room
First, I pull all their bedding out of their kennels and wash them. I vacuum out the kennels and remove all the dog hair and debris.
I clean the bottom of their crate with vinegar water and tea tree and after all the bedding is dry I place back in kennels.
If there is any stuck on stain I use a magic eraser (these erasers are the bomb, I do not know what I would do without them)!

Dogs Dishes or any animal dishes if stored in the laundry room need to be cleaned and disinfected.

I own 2 dogs and their dishes differently needed a deep cleaning.
Cleaning the Laundry Area with Essential Oils

My utility tub can get pretty gross especially because that is where my washer exports all the dirty water and I use it to clean up dirty messes. I make a paste using baking soda and vinegar and with a scrub brush and rags scrub the whole tub and it does the trick making my tub white, white, white!

Now my washer and dryer need a deep clean, I know weird, right? but, it does my washer has a setting for cleaning so I set that and place about 1/2 cup of baking soda into the the washer and 1/2 cup vinegar in the bleach dispenser and let it run.
While my washer is cleaning I clean out the lint trap and wash it using just vinegar water using tea tree essential oil.
The combination of tea tree oil and vinegar will eliminate odors and mildew.
I clean the outside of the washer/dryer using vinegar water and underneath as well!
Cleaning the Garbage Area with Natural Ingredients

My garbage can is last on the list of deep cleaning, I clean the inside and outside with vinegar water however I add about twenty drops of peppermint essential oil to keep pest away from this area. I clean around my garbage can and add one of my homemade garbage can bombs to the bottom to keep fresh and pest away as well, if you want to know how to make them; let me know in the comments below!
