Plans to Decorate a Spring Kitchen on a Budget
I have many interest in the kitchen from persevering to baking; and my kitchen in the spring needs to be pretty and functional.
In my kitchen in the spring, I love to cook, eat, write, plan and gather. My kitchen is literally in the center of my home; and as you can imagine everyone who enters gathers in this space.
This week after being home; for winter break I decided I need to change and spruce up some areas of my house. I spend a lot of time in my kitchen, and it needed a spring touch.
I recently repaint my kitchen to brighten things up. Paint can make areas of your home feel more attracted and give a nice update without breaking the bank. My lifestyle has changed a lot through the years. I want a home that is calm and simple. I am loving neutrals and neutral colors. Before I began decorating, I made a plan on areas I want to freshen up.
The areas I wanted to refresh was my cabinet just right of my kitchen sink, my windowsill above my sink and my stove area. I choice a color scheme that was simple white, green and of course blue. I think blue screams spring!
One day, when I am brave enough, I like to tile subway tile to create a nice back splash. In the meantime, we will spruce up the kitchen by doing what I can on a budget.

Eucalyptus is gorgeous by itself and just a timeless piece of greenery that goes with ever season. If you buy or grow fresh eucalyptus dries out nicely. I love adding this greenery around my home all season.
Hydrangeas reminds me of spring no matter what the color is. White is the hydrangea I decide to decorate my kitchen with because it is neutral, clean and fresh. The faux hydrangeas look very life like that I am seriously obsessed.
