Why Diffuse Essential Oil Blends for the Springtime

Diffusing Essential Oils in the Springtime has numerous benefits such as killing airborne pathogens, changing one’s mood and creating a peaceful mindset.

In the springtime, we are ready for a fresh start and inhaling the smells of essential oil provides clarity, peace and hope.

The best diffuser to use to diffuse your oils into the environment is one that has a cold air pump. Having a cold air pump will not manipulate the oils in any way and separate the oil into tiny particles into the air.

The amount of oils to use in your diffuser will depend on the type of diffuser you are using. Different diffuser will cover a certain square footage of a room, have timers or allow a steady flow of oils to be disperse into the environment. Check with your users manual for water to oil ratios.

Keep a diffuser in high-traffic areas of your home and of course your sleeping area to ensure everyone living in the home can gain the benefits.

I recommend smaller doses of oils and implemented throughout the day with a steady flow.

Importance of Diffusing Essential Oil

Smell is a sense that we learned well before any other sense such as taste. The sense of smell can healing such as improve sleep, stress, energy and change one’s mood.

Tips and Tricks on Diffusing Essential Oils

When dropping oils into diffuser do not touch eyes and mouth.

Always uses less drops of essential oil if you are unsure how you and your family will react. If you, want more drops of essential oil that is fine; experiment and find a good balance to diffuse your spring essential oil diffuser blends that fits your needs.

Only use filter water when diffusing to ensure the purest water and oils into the atmosphere. Using filter water will always stretch your diffusers lifetime guarantee.

Clean your diffusers at least once a month to quarentee proper use.

Cleaning your diffuser is essential when you use it on a regular bases.  A clean diffuser will keeps it working efficiently.

I simply clean my diffuser with the sponge that came with the diffuser or a Q-tip will work just as well.  I dip the sponge into alcohol and clean the inside, lid and sensor.

Select an essential oil that is good quality, source properly and therapeutic grade.

Store your oils in a cool, dark place.

Do not let oil bottles to sit in direct sunlight. The sunlight will strip the essential oils properties.
