Products Used to Make this Exfoliating Body Sugar Scrub
How to Make an Exfoliating Body Sugar Scrub Directions
Exfoliating Body Sugar Scrubs are wonderful for removing dead skin and freshen dull skin. I combine three of my favorite citrus essential oils to create a wonderful smell of my favorite Halloween Candy, Candy Corn! This exfoliating body scrub is perfect for yourself or to give as a gift.
~~Ingredients~~
- 1 cup of raw organic sugar
- 1/2 cup of a carrier oil (I used sweet almond oil)
- Five Drops of Vitamin E Oil
- Ten drops of lime essential oil
- 10 drops of lemon essential oil
- 10 drops of orange essential oil
In a medium mixing bowl combine raw organic sugar, your choice of carrier oil and five drops of Vitamin E Oil.
I am using almond oil but, you may use olive oil or fractional coconut oil to name a few for this exfoliating body sugar scrub.
Now add your orange essential, lime essential oil and lemon essential oil and give a good mix with a spoon.
Next, place exfoliating body sugar scrub in an eight-ounce container. Place a cute label on container and decorate if you like.
To use the exfoliating body scrub, apply to the skin in a circular motion and wash off with warm water.
Be careful when applying the sugar scrub to any sensitive areas such as air pits.
Pat dry, the body with a cotton towel to retain moisture and follow up with a natural nontoxic lotion or body butter.
Store you exfoliating body sugar scrub in a cool, dry place for up to two months.
