First I remove my make up with my DIY make up remover and then precede to cleanse my face with a gentle cleaner and moisturizer. I place a teaspoon of cleaner onto the palm of my hand and rub into my face gently. I use the balls of my fingers to gently massage each area of my face avoiding my eyes and mouth. Then I rinse well with warm water and a wash cloth until all the cleaner is gone.
Now I do shower almost every night not only does it relax me but, it cleanse me off all germs from the day.
